In the Phillipines they take Easter seriously.

At least 4 people have signed up to be crucified with real nails.

One of them is a 15 year old boy that have the nails driven into his wrist or hands.

Hey guys - Jesus already paid the price so what you are doing is in vain....

I can think of many ways to show your faith and honor the sacrifice that Jesus made that is much better than this...
